Workspace File Commander PRO offers several features to provide a Workspace in XMLSpy:
Reloading files The plugin reloads all files which were open at the last time XMLSpy was closed. To save time validation is suppressed when the plugin reloads them on startup. The Settings tab has some options to control the reloading: 
Load last open files on startup Use this option to turn on/off the automatic reloading of files. Avoid validation on reloading documents on startup Turning validation off saves time on loading documents. Please note that XMLSpy anyways tries to access any referenced schema or DTD to get Entry Helper information and to provide Auto-completion features. Don't reload files with more then ? KBytes on startup Large files could cause a longer delay. Restoring of the last selection The plugin remembers the last selection for all documents which were opened in the TextView. This helps you to continue quick any easy where you last stopped to work with your files. Bookmarks Bookmarks are very useful to mark locations of special interest to you in any document. But if you are working for more than one day with your files you also want to have them restored the next time you need them. File Commander PRO does this for you and restores all Bookmarks in the TextView. This feature is always enabled and there is nothing you need to do to benefit from it. |
