Explorer Tab

Button to quickly open a standard Windows File Explorer which is set to the currently
active path.

Button to set the Explorer tab to the folder of the currently active document.
- Explorer tab to see what else
is saved at the document location.
- Explorer tab supports sorting on all list columns.
- Use the Filter field to search for specific files in the current folder.
History Tab
- History tab to reopen the documents
you are currently working on quickly.
- "Show only most recent" option to get a better overview which documents you are
editing with XMLSpy. If this option is selected the list will contain each document
only once with the most recent date.

Notes Tab

- Just type or Copy-Paste what
you have to remember!
- Put fragments of XML files or
even complete documents on the Notes tab.
- For any text you want to keep
for later use!
- The content of the Notes tab
is saved on closing the application and will be reloaded the next time you are using XMLSpy.
Settings Tab

- "Load last open files on startup"
to reload all of the documents you had open in XMLSpy at the last shut down of the
application.
- Restore last selection in document
on loading in TextView.
- Specify a file size limit for
reloading to avoid delays on starting XMLSpy.
- Set the Explorer
tab automatically to the folder of the document you just opened.
